Cycling cleats exactly as described. Just as good as far more expensive branded cleats. Easy to install (but remember to add grease so they can be removed when you want to replace them). Hint: mark the position of your existing cleats before removing them so you can line up the new ones in the correct position. Note: comes with Allen/Hex Key suitable for the bolts.
