Not gonna lie. I got this for my cats. I was hoping it would keep them busy while chasing after the stars. Well, they didn’t. One had no interest and the other just sits there staring. I thought the range would be wider but I still like it. I use it as a night light and when it’s time to sleep I just let it rotate and it helps relax me, AND my cats. LOL

This is a beautiful edition to my room. I use it for my, now, one year old. And he loves it. I thought there were less features than there was but after experimenting with it I realized it can do solid colors including white. It can be a combination of all the colors together and not only does it rotate on it's own but there is also a star dancing feature that jumps through colors. It is very nice to look at but also facinatea the kids.

One of my daughters became afraid of the dark overnight, of course, after I had gotten rid of all the night lights in the house.It wasn’t super expensive so I thought “why not?”. I tried batteries at first, and I do have to warn, they only lasted two nights before going dead. I decided to opt for using the cord it came with and have had no issues. My kids love it and I love that I can keep the cap on for just a solid color night light or take it off and have stars on the ceiling. You can control if it spins and change the colors. Overall great buy.
