  • Q How do I reset my pin since I am the admin. When I first set my pin I guess I did not realize it was not the pin I was setting. I need to reset the pin number because it is not reconizing the pin I first used and I have played with several numbers which are not working please help. We have tried to contact customer service since last week very poor customer service especially with a new product an no has return a call since last week and we can not get anyone via telephone

    A Press MENU first, then enter the ID number 9 like that (999999999), then press OK, next enter the password: 83265636 and then OK,I hope that can solve your problems.
