Yes you can. If you flip over the 2 Peltier coolers, then the heat sink on both sides will get cold and the water will get warm.

I don't know if you can find a solar panel and output controller that will work reliably with the thermoelectric cooler and fans. The coolers operate at anything above 4 volts. I'm using it to cool 0.5 gallons of vacuum pump oil. I don't know the ultimate temp I will get. This water inlet and outlet are barbed and sized for clear plastic water tubing with inside diameter of 1/4” (8mm) and will probably have an outside diameter of 3/8”. Interesting design note: 1/4 (outside diameter) water tubing fits snuggly inside 1/4 (inside diameter) clear tubing allowing you to transition to compression fittings based water systems. see less

This kit is well thought out. If you are using a high powered PSU, you will want to experiment with the amount of power you are giving the TEC because with these heatsinks, you will not be getting the optimal heat exchange from the hot side, so the middle will not cool down that much and the heatsinks will get very hot. I experimented and found that about 65% power applied from my PSU was getting the cooling block to a good temperature. If you accidentally install the TEC backwards and don't want to fuss with getting it back together in the right order, simply reverse the polarity of the TEC and you will reverse the hot side of the chip.
