    We have a friend who is an elderly WWII veteran. He has a flagpole in his yard, but did not fly his flag because it was difficult for him to make the trip out to retrieve the colors at night. I installed this light and now he flies Old Glory 24-7. The light is not as bright as I would have hoped for (I have it on high), but it gets the job done, and he is happy to see the flag flying in front of his house again. It has a hole in the middle of it that is probably slightly larger than a half inch in diameter. I stuck a large plastic wall anchor in the top of his flag pole and threaded a large bolt through this light into the anchor and it seems very sturdy. Installation might take a little improvising, but you should be able to figure something out with this.

    I have purchased this light to add a bit of illumination to the front walkway. I wasn’t looking for something to overwhelm the front entry but instead to offer a soft glow to assist in finding one’s way. This fixture does the job wonderfully. The light has a hole to mount on a pole but it also includes a piece that fees through and is fastened by a hanging Carabiner. Either way you use it you will be quite pleased with the result.

    This light is great has two settings high and low I bought 3 all together give a friend one put one on my flagpole in the front lawn and got a extra I cast anything happen one .it take 5 mins to install it’s bright enough to light up my flag at night instead of me taking it down ever night or forgetting to take it down I 100% recommend this light I’ve had mine up now three weeks and no issue at all it even charges on cloudy days

    I got this yesterday very slow shipping when I paid the prime price. The unit does what it says it should and lasted for 10+ hours (on low setting) after charging with a strong spot light before installing. This is not a spot so it gives broad hue of light, I have pull mine down and mount the light closer to the flag pole top to better display the flag.
