  • Q I have bought this camera recently, but I am not able to install it. I strictly follow the instructions in the app I downloaded fron Google Play to my Android tablet and phone (Samsung Galaxy TabS 10.5 and Galaxy Note3 Neo). None of them is able to find the device. I always get the message: "unable to broadcast device". I started several times the device and the router as well, but it did not help. In this case the camera is useless. Do you have any idea what to do? Best regards Your customer

    Good value for the price. It works fairly consistently and the human detection works well. Often I find mine will record 15 or 20 minutes for each incident. All on the Sd card with no cost for the cloud. Sometimes I do have a problem connecting with it or it is very slow to connect. I think it is because my WiFi environment is not very good.

    First time using tomtop and am thoroughly impressed. Easy to set up. App is super easy to use. I am amazed at the quality of the video. And ordered a sd card and set up motion detection with alert and it records to the sd card. No cloud needed, perfect! And you can easily add more cameras!
