This is not a learning type remote. It has 2 operation states, momentary or toggle, and by moving a link on the receiver board. The momentary operation is set by making the link short out the middle pin and the pin furthest from the circuit board edge. The relay stays on as long as you keep the remote A button depressed. The toggle operation is set by either removing the link or making it short out the middle pin and the pin nearest the circuit board edge. Pushing remote A button turns it on and requires the B button to turn off. Under the receiver board there are soldered links which make up the code. Any or several of these links can be of any of 3 positions .. L , H , or no link at all. There is also a set of these links on the remote board which HAVE to be the same as the remote receiver for it to work. Normally you wouldn't worry about this but if you find another remote operates the receiver, then you will have to change this coding.
