It’s a basic wooden frog and it makes some fun percussion sounds. With the right touch it even sounds a bit like a frog. I didn’t have the awful smell some people complained about, but the finish/detail on mine isn’t great. It’s a fun little toy to have around though and could potentially be incorporated into a jam session (albeit with somewhat limited use:)

Assembly instructions don't always match the product but close enough to understand.When assembled the guitar sounds very good and i used it on a gig for a few songs and it was okay. If i were to use it as my gig guitar i would change to better pickups and a bridge but for a at home or back up guitar it is great as it is.

Well, this is just cool, that's all I can say! It's a delightful little frog that sits neatly in a child's hand. The mallet stores in the froggie's mouth. All you have to do is lightly and slowly brush the spine of the frog (from back to front) with the mallet, and the sound produced really does resemble that of a croaking frog. It's actually very attractive just sitting around and would make a great conversation starter. A truly awesome percussion instrument any child (or adult) is sure to be fascinated by!
