Multi-functional transistor tester for automatic detection of NPN and PNP transistors, N-channel and P-channel MOSFET, diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors or other devices. Easy and convenient to operate.

Features:
128*160 TFT color display for easy readings, can display measured data and graphics.
Powered by 9V battery(not included).
All components are protected by a plastic case, convenient to carry.
Automatically detect NPN and PNP transistors, N-channel and P-channel MOSFET, diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors or other devices.
Automatically test the pins of a component and display on the LCD.
Measure the gate threshold voltage and gate capacitance of the MOSFET.
Measure bipolar transistor current amplification factor and base-emitter threshold voltage.
Two-button operation, automatic shutdown to avoid unnecessary waste.
Short detection time: only 2 seconds. It is normal to cost 1 minute for bulk capacitor detection.

Please make sure that capacitors are discharged before testing.

    This unit has helped me fix numerous amplifiers and other electronic equipment. It's basic but a great tool.. I had to hot glue the connector in place and i made three mini grabber leads to make it easier to use. I use it at work and I plan to buy another for my projects at home...

    It does the job for which it was designed. However, I wish I could bypass the "splash" screen that appears with each component tested. That's the reason for four stars.

    Seems to be a nice unit, very good price, quick delivery. My only real complaint is that there was no manual included with the unit, and the website URL listed on the unit is in all Chinese, and their security certificates are not valid.
