  • Q The product came today. NO Universal Hand-cranked Manual USB Port Charger I plugged in my iPhone. It never worked. The light was red, but after 5 minutes it just stopped. It's broken. What should I do? I don't want a new one. I just want credit on my next purchase. I will buy something again in the future.

    I love this product. My cell phone gets charged very well. It's waterproof and shockproof! Perfect for hiking and trekking. The torch is not bad for such a small thing. Size is supercool, fits everywhere. Awesome product.
