I used 5 3w led lamps to substitute 5 35w halogen lamps that highlight working area in my kitchen. - I've got enough lite despite those that 35w halogen lamp is brighter a little (the difference is not noticeable) - The power consumption is more than 10 times lower now Good to use in the places where you need to turn on light very often and for a short time

Pros: I am Very inpressed with the low wattage usage of the bulbs, very bright light and it is great for outdoor lighting. Using only 3 watts rather tham 20 watts per light for the garden. Really saving a lot of money . Cons: 45 degrees light beam, quite narrow. But I guess if the light beam is to wide, it will affect the brightness. Bottomline: I think everyone should install this bulb to cut dowm the electricity billl.

As some of my halogen burned recently. I dicided to try some LED bulbs instead. I have bought some other things from tomtop before and their products look good .I search the entire LED lights catalouge on tomtop and decided to buy this one. The output light of this 3*1 W MR16 LED Bulb is equal to a 35 watt halogen while using the same level of power. Which means you could really save a lot on your electricity bill.
