Pros:This item is easy to use, no need software setups at all. As soon as it is connected, it will begin to work. I have 2 computers, 2 laptops, 2 servers, 2 printers, 1 cable modem, 2 power supplies, it helps me manage the cables, wires, power plugs very well. Cons:I have not found yet. It works perfectly. Bottomline:It is just a perfect product.
