Used it in an apartment fist apartment was three occupants and complained was not drying well but they were overloading it stuffing it unrealistically full. Moved it to another unit with young single mother and toddler she loves it dries well with reasonable loads.

Very happy with this purchase. I watched an assembly video on You Tube which helped (since instructions are rather comical to read). I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to clip the 2 lights on the front edges but finally got it right (lights face towards back and the connecting electrical cord goes at the bottom.) Be sure to follow the hints which are: use Macro, adjust the light compensation on your camera to +1, +1.3, or +1.7 (unless using the black background, then leave at 0), allow lights to warm up for 10 minutes for maximum brightness, and wear light clothing or cover opening with white cloth if shooting from the front. I used a couple of the smaller clips to stretch power cord across the top rod for hanging earrings and also 2 more clips closer to the middle on the top rod for hanging necklaces. Also, on the model I got (MK45) there was an extra rod and 2 screw knobs which go on the bottom (not shown in instructions).

This is a great little lightbox that was easy enough to put together and works very well.Great price, too.

This is a very cool product. Great light for great pictures.

If you ever get the light box assembled, it is quite usable. However the English translation from Chinese is terrible and the instructions for assembly are awfully lacking. The manufacturer needs to address for what use all of the components are and in what circumstances they are used, then give a detailed set of assembly instructions. I'd suggest getting an American or British technical writer to assemble one of these and write the assembly instructions. I'm OK with the cost and quality, and the box is easy to use.

A little tricky to put together (ignore the poor instructions). The finished product is great. Even lighting, no noise. Just what I was looking for.

Very good product for the money, and simple product shots turn out fabulously. With the consistent light you can easily focus stack and get great results on your product photos.

Great Light box. Took a little bit to assemble (I was anxious to use it), but it was worth it. Really works good and I get great quality photos of my jewelry now.

Pleasantly suprised by this little box. I didn't want to buy all the big lights, this thing did exactly what I needed it for.

Works very very well. The box is bright, light is even, and the hole in the top (can be covered) allows photographing from any angle. I use this for photographing porcelain. You still need to know your way around your camera a bit to make sure you adjust your white balance etc. or photos will be dark or bluish in color (I use the "Fluorescents" setting on mine). Some of my pictures did not come out at all, however, this is due to my camera not being the best. Assembly was easy. One thing I had trouble with was making the camera focus since there was so much light. Again, probably because my camera is not that great. I solved this by holding a black pen to the surface I wanted to photograph, which gave the camera something to focus on. When it found a focal point I removed the pen and took the picture.

Item exceeds seller description. Easy to assemble. Works well. Solid build. Replacement bulbs inexpensive. Very versatile - shoot from top or front. Very happy with product and prompt delivery - as well as customer service. Have not been as pleased overall since - well, I can't remember being this pleased overall. Highly recommended.

If you are not a professional photog and you want to take great photos with a white background and don't want to spend a ton of $$ or have a bunch of bulky equipment (that you probably don't know how to use anyway) this is for you. I was hesitant after reading some reviews about it being flimsy and also because it seemed too good to be true.... but seriously, this thing is AWESOME!! It far exceeded my expectations. Out of the box it is very light, and yes... it's not an industrial product, so I understand the remarks about it being "cheap" if cheap refers to the weight of the materials, but it doesn't need to be heavy. Your toddler doesn't need to be able to sit on it. Have some finesse and treat the thing gently, big deal. If you don't jump on it or throw it against a wall, it's not going to break. SETUP: super easy. Especially if you can figure out how to find the youtube video about setting it up (which is not in English, but again, big deal. Just watch the video and do what he does). It will make your photos look GREAT and save you the confusion of a lighting setup. Just stick your object in the box and shoot. Even with an iPhone photos come out good. Easy. So easy. If you are looking for an inexpensive solution that's hassle free, this is ideal. I have spent a ton of money on all kinds of lights, tents and backgrounds wanting the best result possible, but the problem is I am not a professional so I really don't know what to do with the lighting and tents. (And I'm pretty tech savvy, so for the average person with no previous knowledge of lighting, I would say a classing lighting set up and tents is probably not the way to go.) I wish I had just went with this in the first place because it would have saved me a lot of confusion hassle and wasted storage space for all the other junk I now have that I don't know how to use because I'm not a professional photographer. TIP: I got the model that allows for side mount of the lights... and I did notice better lighting distribution (and better photos) with the lights mounted on the front sides, as opposed the top mount option.
