This is small and light and I can confirm it works when charging the new Dell XPS 13 2-in-1. Based on several reviews on USB-C cables and their critical impact on charging, I discarded the cable that came with and instead purchased the Apple 2 meter cable (USB 2 only) which was the top recommended cable for charging. In any case, this adapter works great.

Let's not get crazy - it is a one port charger that appears to meet the required specs for Type C chargers. It would be cool if it also provided another port out, like a normal USB, but that's ok. What I really like is that the plug folds up and into the base, making it easy to travel with.

After doing some research on different USB C PD chargers, I setlled on this one. There is alot of competition from Chloetech, Anker, Aukey, and other brands. However, this one stands out with its simplicity, ease of use and portability, It is also competitively priced, and with the added bonus of Nathan's detailed analysis of this charger and recommendation, I immedately placed my order. I am not using the included cable as it is of bad build, but I do not consider it as part of the price. I am writing this review after 5 months of use, proving that it indeed is durable. It is also suitable for travel, as it is very compact and accepts charge from 110V to 240V which means you can plug it anywhere in the world with a socket converter and use it straight away without a need for a voltage converter.
