while these did get lost somewhere in shipping, the customer service rep helped me out in getting them back on track. top notch customer service. the hubs are nice and sturdy, very clean. you will have to grease the bearings, they are shipped with minimal grease. for the price, i'm totally fine with having to grease them. once greased up, they roll smooth and noiseless. good hub for a great price. these are high flange hubs, which is cool with me, i bought spokes for a high flange. IMO the high flange adds strength to the wheel by allowing you to use shorter stiffer spokes. i would buy these again, and i will when i need another set for another build. i use them on a motorized bike and they are holding up to 30mph and the crazy stunts i do just fine.
