The wood cooker is very compact and made of stainless steel. Without the enclosed operating instructions, it is a bit difficult to put the parts together correctly, but videos can also be found on the internet. We were amazed and excited as the fire ignited by the chimney effect. The cooker develops heat quickly and remains almost smoke free. The barbecue of small parts is great. After use, the items can be easily cleaned in the sink, but also in the dishwasher. Due to the heat, the stainless steel runs a bit colorful, but the parts remain dimensionally stable. Small folded and packed in the included bag you will find space in every backpack and in every cupboard. Overall rating: Practical alternative to gas or gasoline cookers. Small, but more than fine. Price-performance is absolutely correct.

The stove comes packed in a storage bag and makes a very good impression at first sight. So no cheap sheet which bends itself by pure looking. Unfortunately, one looks for a manual in vain. So you have to try which part fits together. But should not be a major problem. You can see in the product description how the cooker should look like assembled. The cooker consists of a ring for the bottom, a fire bowl, a double-walled ring that makes up the technique of a wood gasifier, two metal sheets that represent the cross for the pot support, a grill grid to grill a sausage or a piece of meat and a small bowl if you instead of wood with eg Wants to cook Esbit or other dry fuel. For liquid fuel such as alcohol, I find the peel too small and refilling difficult during cooking. The advantage of the cooker is that it can be fired with small branches, pine cones and so on. This should be found in almost every area and therefore always be available on the way. This wood is layered in the fire bowl, where it is important that the larger wood down and the smaller, the tinder comes up. The holes in the double-walled ring should remain free. Then light the whole thing and after a short time you can observe how the gases come out of the holes of the double-walled ring and from there the flames blaze. The wood is gasified and the cooker has a real pull on it and the resulting heat is enormous. Put the top on it, the support surface is quite small and only small pots are used. But good one is anyway with the backpack on the way and certainly has no normal Haushaltsstöpfe here. In my test, one liter of water took about 6 minutes to boil. During this time, I always had to throw wood, my branches had apparently no high calorific value. The Nachwerfen was not a problem as this is a sufficiently large gap in the windscreen is available. Now clean to the point. Due to the heat and the very good combustion of the wood quite little soot is produced. You can only put the pot on the stove when it is working properly and burning. The only soot I had on the plugged cross, the pot carrier. This was easy to wipe off. Just beat the fire bowl and it is good. Stow all the pieces in the bag again and ready for the next use. Conclusion: A very good cooker on the go. Due to the small pack size and weight and the possibility to use a fuel that can be found almost everywhere in nature a clear purchase recommendation for the hike and the backpack hiker.

Small handy wood stove that needs no storage space. I used it to cook water while fishing, to make me a coffee. You are totally independent with this stove, because you always find wood somewhere in nature. The stove gets very hot, so it can be very hot sometimes a tin stew o. Ä. Hot.

I have the execution in stainless steel and could test her already during our last hiking trip. The pack size is very small and the oven has hardly any weight. As already mentioned by other users you have to switch something when lighting and layer the other way around how to get used to it from the campfire. Then it works wonderfully with the kindling. I run the stove exclusively with small wood and twigs that I collect on site myself. A grill grid is also included but a larger piece of meat is of course not feasible, but for a grill sausage it is always enough. Also for the morning espresso or for heating a can, the part is great. 👍

Great little part, very compact and lightweight. Quickly unfolds powerful draft, burning with a beautiful, controlled flame. Good workmanship, all the parts you need to adjust are cleanly deburred. Only a set-up instructions would have been very nice - but thanks to another reviewer has worked well (thanks for that)
