    The best! These resistance bands are great! In good quality, I have been using them in my gym for myself and my clients. This is perfect for both men and women. They stretch very well, but do not reach their level of ease that they do not bounce. I like that you also have different colors. It's great to have a good opinion in class.

    The band achieved its purpose in a colorful way. The voltage difference between the different colors is very obvious. The tape has no smell, you don't think you have a homemade bicycle tube in your hand. Well, I think this great source and the fact that they are very thin and very powerful.

    If I train with blue or red bands, there will be big differences. As the band used our gymnastics, I ordered them. Interns use blue to make my "obesity" disappear every day. It's tiring, but the daily efforts are important.

    All these are discounted bands with easy to transport boxes. They almost do not take up space and perfectly resist the exercise of the legs or arms. It'll be very soon

    I have been working in PT for a few months and have been using resistance bands to move to multiple levels. At home, they gave me a cheaper version, a resistance. With my PT, the cheapest version started too much, and then it was a little better, but it became too weak. It also has a huge knot and has a large perimeter of inn. On the other hand, everything is fine! I can start exercising easily and pass 4 levels. (Even in PT, I don't think I have reached the highest level) The seams are missing and the size is large. I'm a fan and I plan to show them to the PT office of future patients!
