Q

In what country is this stove made?

A
  • China I believe. Love it, weighs nothing and works well.

Q

Does the thread size match with a 1lb green coleman propane can?

A
  • No, it does not. This stove will only fit on butane/isobutane canisters with a Lindal valve connector. That said, you can buy a "standard disposable propane canister" to Lindal converter. Propane burns a bit hotter than butane/isobutane, however, so I don't know if you might do any damage to this stove if you use it… see more No, it does not. 5 minutes to boil 1 3/4 cup of water. This is the brs stove, even comes with a pouch that says brs. It's very compact and lightweight but idk if that's worth compromising the durability. O ring is small and fragile, carry a backup.

Just had this delivered and wanted to give it a try. Very happy with how small it is and amazed at the light weight. You can barely feel it in your hand. It unfolds easily and the arms are sturdy when fully opened. Screws easily and tightly on to an isobutane bottle and there are no gas leaks. It lights easily and the flame adjuster handle works smoothly as well as shutting off the gas completely when finished. On medium heat it took about 3 minutes to get two cups of water to a full boil. Really happy with mini camp stove.

Fired it up. Works like a torch. We'll see how durable it is. Five stars pending life span.

This thing weights NOTHING! Super small and great for ultralight packing. Boils water very fast and on par with any other gas stove. If there's any wind you will need a wonderful screen with this stove but in my experience that's common with a small stove like this.

Very impressed. My friends paid a lot more for their stoves. Would recommend pairing it with a wind screen.

What a great stove, cheap lite, durable, and you can get a boil going fast. It is 3x smaller then my last and at .5 ounces with bag weight is no big deal.

Same as the brs 300 or whatever it's called. Exactly the same. I use it every weekend with no issues.

Small, light, and can put out the heat. Legs are small so you want to make sure your pot is supported but you should be expecting that since it’s a small burner. My only negative comment that doesn’t bother me but may bother others is that one of the legs hangs up a little on the gas valve when folding it up. Could just be mine and doesn’t affect its function.

Absolutely worth the money, something else, but you only need to heat the water or heat some soups. Fry one or two eggs in a simple pan, but do not bother to "cook" things like bacon. This is not what it means. It has small arms, but those looking for lighter stoves usually do not need people who need a lot of weight. I can cook 6 glasses of water in this little thing. That's perfect. No extra bells and whistles are needed.

If weight is a problem, we have 4 small problems because they were bought in June or July.

After three minutes, the water (24 ounces) was very hot. MSR Alpine Stowaway Pot 775ml and Stanley Camp 24oz Cook Set were used. It boiled in 4 minutes. In the future, generally, good products, I give it 5 stars.

I bought this to replace the old Jet Boil Camp stove I used to ride my bike. I don't travel anymore, but I want something to camp to prepare for a quick breakfast or to heat the water without trying to fight the heat of the bonfire. It seems to heat evenly and is stable enough that the bottle is attached to a small pot or a light frying pan. The ignition is very simple and the heating time is comparable to Jet Boil, which is an expensive configuration. The flames are even scattered and will soon blow up some spam or choose the champion's breakfast. Very small, easy to pack and store in my camping closet. I am very happy so far, I hope it will continue to work.

Large stoves and much more expensive things than those found in outdoor stores. I'll put it on any type of stove.

Super light weight and sturdy. If only a piezo igniter was designed in.

Ideal for jets, very light. If you plan to use a special stove, try to keep it away from the wind.

Exactly as described but not sure about boil times. Weight is correct and it give off some major heat. I don't have a camping pan to test it with. It will be probably a lot quicker. Watch the videos
