For 10 bucks, you can install a headset on all your bikes forever. Here's the lowdown: 1) No instructions, just the tool. So either know what you're doing, or do some research on headset installations. 2) The nuts take 17mm sockets. Odd size to be honest. When assembling the tool, man sure the flat portion of the discs are facing outwards. The grooved sides are for the bearing race that allows you compress and make sure they nest between it. The indented sides are for the headset cups. Make sure to grease the headset and inside your frame headtube before installation. Installing a headset only took about 5 minutes! Would buy again. I know I can make my own if I went to Home Depot/Menards and bought the parts, but this is more convenient since it comes with a bearing race that helps with compression.
