I bought this heart-rate monitor (HRM) to use with the Runkeeper app on my iPhone 6s. It works perfectly. The belt is comfortable and has a huge range of adjustment. The obvious name-brand competition for this device is the Polar H7 HRM. This item is half the price of the Polar model, so what's the catch? The only drawback that I can find is that this HRM transmitter does not communicate with typical gym equipment like the Polar model will (but it's not supposed to). And I prefer the slimline design of this model (comparable to the old Polar T3 transmitter).

As comfortable as any of these style heart rate monitors. Synced with a couple of workout apps (Wahoo and MapMyRide) just fine on my Nexus 5x. Appears to accurately report heart rate. Great price. Only reason not giving 5 starts is that mine came with a dead battery. Worked great as soon as I replaced with a new one.

Works great! It's very simple but works as good as any more expensive ones I've tried. You just need to find an app that works with it that you like. Their recommended app of ALA Coach worked great but the trick is that you need to first strap it on your chest and wet the straps first to get it to connect.
