The cable is very sturdy and the pulley allows for very smooth range of motion. The attachments and the pulley are a great deal for the value. The tricep pulldown attachment is solid and feels good in your hands even with heavier weight. The straight bar has nice cushion to the handles as well making it very comfy to use. Overall I'm very happy with this lat pulldown attachment and pulley system.

I know many have left unfavorable results about these pulley stations but I found no issue with this system. It works as it should and for the value is awesome. I wrapped the strap around a top bar on my cage and followed assembly directions. Wife, kids and myself enjoy using this during workouts.

It’s perfect to replace some of the machines at the gym! Great addition to the home gym and doesn’t take up much space at all! Needs support to a sturdy support beam and need to provide the weights to lift, other than that though, it’s excellent for those pull downs! Can’t wait to see what gains I can get from these exercises!

This made a great addition to my home gym. I was able to install it in just minutes and it came with everything I needed except the weights. The pulley system is smooth and works exactly how I hoped it would. Now I can expand the types of exercises I do at home without buying more bulky equipment. If you have a home gym, I highly recommend adding this system.

They are sturdy without being heavy and the pully moves effortlessly and is VERY EASY to install. This cable pulley set has been an amazing addition to my little collection of home-workout must haves. Like most people that are looking for at-home fitness equipment during the pandemic, I’ve struggled to find bedroom friendly, compact, utilitarian & affordable equipment I can use to get an effective workout from home. I primarily bought this pulldown/Pulley set for bi/triceps exercises but have been pleasantly surprised with how much can be done with the well-built equipment. Every piece of equipment is sturdy, solid quality, very easy to setup and has exceeded my expectations in every regard. The cable is easy to adjust for desired length and includes the wrench needed for initial setup & future adjustments.
