2-days of use and I’m hooked. Totally love this product. I have done the EmSculpt (professional machine at my doctor’s office) so I have pretty high standards. I’ve only cranked it to 54 and the intensity is fantastic. The design and manufacturing is sleek and the product is well made. Velcro is strong enough to wear while walking, working out. I am narrow enough in the waste that I don’t need the extension belt so I can’t comment on that part. All I can say is that after 2 days of regular use my ab muscles are sore (like I did a lot of sit ups - but I did not). Charges quickly (1-2 hours) for about 4-5 hours of use at level 40-50 (not up to 80’s yet). Very happy with this product.

Just purchased this a week ago and I love it. I crank it up to 75 and watch my favorite show. I let my husband use it this morning and he is in way better shape than I am, but he put it on 20 and was dying. I in turn almost died of laughter as he was moaning!! I guess 2 babies natural delivery toughen you up!!

I am a pretty active person but wanted something to help me tone up my abs on off days. I'm now right around week 3 and have begun to notice that I can actually see my abs! That being said, this isn't a miracle it's meant to be used in addition to a healthy diet and regular exercise. The belt itself is great! It came with an extension in case it fits too snugly and it folds over for a snugger fit if needed. The display is easy to read and the manual explains everything pretty clearly. On the higher-level programs it even guides you through workouts to do in addition to the electric stimulation. When it's on it feels a bit tingly and like you're doing a crunch. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and can't recommend this enough for anybody looking to add a little extra to their workouts!

This was very helpful in my question to have a strong core. It will not give you abs unless you have little to no body fat. Also, I noticed the more bloated your stomach, the the higher you'll need to crank the levels. I used for a month straight and noticed I could do sit ups without someone holding my feet. Great buy in my eyes.

This belt packs a punch! Literally... I can't believe it does what it does... the feeling is actually hard to explain, until you try it for yourself... all I can say ...it will make your abs contract.. I only made it as high as 60, and that's very intense... I can only imagine what 100 feels like... I'll let you know when I get there!

Used this to help tighten my core and strengthen it. Fit really nice right out of the box and started working right away. Doesn’t take too long to charge and it is nice being able to see the strength level of your previous session. The only thing I wish that was better would be how long the battery lasts. It makes sense that it would only last 3 sessions with how small the battery is, but would like to see it last a little bit longer instead of dying out in the middle of a session.

Had this a few days and it seems to be working good, you really have to crank up the intensity to get this thing to work the right way but it does seem to be doing something. Out of the box it is a bit complicated to get set up but once its set up, its easy to use. I will hopefully see results soon but so far not much is happening after a week.

Really cool design and user friendly. Abs are made in the kitchen but as I increase my cardio and focus on my Keto diet, I want that extra help to tighten my core. I'll use for multiple cycles while just lying down watching TV or just around the house. Don't need to increase the level too much as it is working. I just purchased and do two 20 minutes cycles between 35-40 intensity. Happy I purchased!

I had scoliosis since my teen years, which led to muscle imbalances all over my body. I have been lifting weights, staying in shape through athletic activities but I struggled with core strength THE MOST. I've gained little to moderate improvement with core strength after following some fitness advice but I've noticed some areas of my core just won't activate, even when I'm doing the exercise correctly or modify it to "feel it". I have used this belt for 2 sessions now, slowly bringing the intensity up during exercise and now I can feel weak core muscles being activated! Finally! My overactive muscles weren't doing all of the work and allowing my underactive ones work and get stronger! I will continue to use the product in my routine for the next 4 weeks!

Hello everyone I just receive this item today and I am very skeptical of purchasing these type of belt. So I said let me try this one since I have hear good reviews about it and I don't understand these negative comments that I have read in Amazon. You guys needs to remember that you must have a low body fat another for this device to be effective and tone up your abs. I'm on program 1 and at an intensity 60, let me tell you, it feels like my stomach tearing apart. I can't wait to try 90 to 99. I am inpress so far. I will try it up to the return date and if I see some results I will definitely keep it.
