These resistance bands came in a drawstring carrying case along with a pamphlet with exercise instructions. Each band is a different color which corresponds to its own resistance level: Green 15-25lbs, Pink 25-35 lbs, Purple 35-45 lbs. I like the quality of the bands, they appear to be made of high quality material, and they have a 12 month warranty. The insides have a rubber texture to help keep them in place while in use. I look forward to using these at home while sheltering in place, and hopefully bringing them to the gym when we get to resume working out there.

My wife was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) recently after having issues with her connective tissues for many years. It has progressively gotten worse over time and as part of her PT regimen, bands were recommended to be purchased. Luckily, I was contacted by the company who sells these bands (since I had previously purchased another product from them) and were offered a free set for an honest review. We just received them a couple days ago and my wife is actually using them right now as I write. She immediately loved the bands and says that they are highly durable and work better than some other types of bands that she has used in the past that have since broken. They were those thin rubber band types that wear over time and are not very sturdy. Unlike some other leg bands, these stay where you place them as you move. She also likes that they come in 3 different weight sets so that she can progress over time. Overall a very good quality set of bands, highly recommend buying if you are in the market for leg bands.

These bands are well-designed and well-packaged. They come in a convenient carry-bag that is easy to open and close, and the bands actually fit in the bag! I like that they have rubber strips on the inside to help prevent them from slipping during use. The loop design is made by stitching a strip of the material over itself, and that stitching looks and feels very sturdy. The only negative issue is more of a feature request: I wish the bands were marked so you could easily recognize the light-weight band from the heavy-weight band.

I love the thick fabric material of this product. Compared to other bands with different material (like elastic) I've used in the past these are perfect! The rubber on the inside provides non-slip comfort and makes working out much easier. I never have to worry about them falling off when I'm working out. Whether you put it around your legs or your thighs these durable bands work with any lower body workout. I also used it for some arm workouts and they are perfect! I love how they have different levels of difficulty because I can really challenge myself and I can feel comfortable when working out.

I like doing at home workouts because I never know how to use the machines at the gym. With being quarantined, this 3 set resistance band was really amazing to have. I use it, my mom tried it, my sister and even my grandmother tried it. They all loved it. My mom is a fitness geek and was able to use the heaviest (black) band. I used the second heaviest (grey) and was struggling a bit after several reps since I haven’t been consistent with my workouts since School let out. My grandma tried the pink one and found some resistance to it. She liked it so much she is buying herself a set. The set came in a bag for easy storage as well as a little booklet on ways to use the resistance bands. In the booklet, it shows that the resistance bands used 20min a day can help tone abs, glutes, thighs, etc. I will definitely be using the resistance bands during my Yoga to add resistance and to help tone my body. Definitely recommend this set if your looking for resistance bands.

Alright so I decided to add exercise bands to my workout but wasn't having too much luck finding ones I loved, so gave this a try, cause why not. Upon first inspection? Extremely well made, I was actually surprised. Lovely colors, and the storage bag is highly appreciated. The inside features a rubber band type material to keep the bands from slipping. Think of the rubber they use in shape wear to hold them up. Each color represents a different level of weights. I actually didn't know that and went straight in for the grey. Other than that, so far so good, and thick and sturdy enough that this will definitely last. Highly recommend to try! I wish I found these sooner, instead of throwing money away on others.

ive been doing hiit workouts at home for a few months now, and these bands are a great addition to my routine. the lightest weight band (pink ~18-32lbs) is just enough to make my normal routine a little more challenging than usual, but not as much as i expected. the medium (grey~30-50lb) and heavy (purple ~45-70lb) resistance bands have been great for higher resistance and less reps. the bands are comfortable and they are lined with some strands of rubber on the inside so they don't slip. the only thing, if you are petite, the bands might be a little wide for you, so you might have to stand a little more than shoulder-width apart to have them stay up. i haven't had much trouble with it though.

These are truly meant to last! They are strong, clearly durable and do not slip (like thinner ones or rubber ones do). They came very well packaged, each in it's own separate bag and with a mesh bag that you could hold them all in. I agree with some other reviewers that it would be better if the weight of each was printed on the band and not only on the plastic bags because who keeps plastic bags to fold each one into after using? Other than that, I am very pleased with these and know that these will likely be the last ones I ever will need to buy.

This product is well-made of heavy duty elastic fabric. It is color-coded and label as Light; Medium and Heavy. My trainer advises me to use the medium one for regular training. I am very happy with the purchase, because it is a quality product that will last for a long time. Please be aware that there is an acidic odor when you first open the package. I think it is left over by the manufacture process. I soaked them overnight in warm water and air dried it next morning. The odor went away. I do not hesitate to recommend this product. Thank you.

I liked the product when I opened the package Started out with pretty colors and a nice storage bag. The bands are very sturdy and durable. I especially like the inside of the bands which have bands of soft but non-slip material to make them more usable for those of us less buff exercisers. The colors indicate the degree of resistance. Comes with small booklet showing how to use and exercises to do with these bands. the lightest resistance is just right for starting out. And the heaviest resistance is one that will make you work those muscles! Great help to getting a good work-out on those muscles that are sometimes difficult to affect.

I already have a thin classic Elastic band but It slippers all the time. Since I discovered this thick resistance band, I could improve the quality of my exercises because I don’t need to stop every minute to adjust this on my body. They are really thick and large which make them non slippery. It is made from a great material with 3 resistance. It is totally worth for the money.

I love these as they are fabric, have good elasticity, and have a wide band so they are easier to manage. They are a great quality and after a few uses I can say that they do hold up to a tough workout (I'll update once I've had them for a while!). The colors are nice and do match what shows in the images and it comes in a convenient mesh/nylon carry bag. The little instruction book is handy if you don't already have a workout in mind to get you started.

These bands are fantastic! I also own the original theraband loop bands and while those worked great for arm work, they would always roll on my legs and pretty painful. Thus my search for this cloth style... I'm so glad I found these! No more rolling up and pinching my thighs—these babies lay flat throughout. And they're strong and durable too. An awesome investment at a great price for home workouts. And they come with a convenient mesh carry bag to boot! Yay!

Nice and very colorful bands. Each band has its own level of resistance and after trying them out, the different resistance was easily noticeable. It would be nice if the different weight/resistance level was some how marked on the bands instead of only on the plastic bag it was packaged in. If I lose or toss away the plastic bag, then I would lose the information on each bands resistance. The bands seem well made and not easily breakable unless left in a hot and dry area, which should never be the case if I properly take care of my equipment. It also looks machine washable so that’ll be a nice way to keep them clean.

We had purchased some other bands previously for my daughter to workout with. She had a lot of problems with them rolling up, not staying in place, and being uncomfortable. We were asked by the seller (who we purchased an exercise mat from) if we would be willing to try theme out and give an honest review. They sent us the bands for my daughter to try. She really likes them. She says they are so easy to get on and off, they do not hurt, and they stay in place. The quality seems very good. She has been using them for about 4 weeks.

Bought these because the thick plastic one I had broke while doing leg squats and I wanted to buy something more durable that would last for years and figured fabric ones would be a better replacement. I've been using these now about 3 times a week for the last 3 weeks and they are very comfortable and stay in place while I work out. I like that they are well made and clearly labeled; light, medium and heavy and in different colors. I feel like they will last for years. Very happy with my purchase.
