I have stasis dermatis in both of my lower legs along with a case of chronic plantar fasciitis, I'm hoping this will help to build strength and circulate the blood back up to my heart and reduce the inflamation in my lower legs and feet. This small machine gives the option to peddle in the comfort of a living room while watching a favorite tv show or while time playing around on social media, You could actually take it with you anywhere you go, Its small and compact so it doesnt take up a lot of room, When I'm finished with it I'm able to just sit it off to the side of the chair and pull it back over when I'm ready to cycle again. I've only used it a few times since I got it which has only been around three days, I'll update at a later time after I've had more time with the machine and hopefully have good news to report on.

He was attending physical therapy but still needed something he could exercise with at home. He really liked this machine right from the start. Not only could he work out his legs, but his arms as well. Both right arm and leg have been affected. He is continuing therapy, and he does the best he can, but he faces a long road, and his insurance is running out. On the off days from therapy, he can be seen using this machine religiously. Best gift I ever bought for him, just wish I could more. I believe he could make a full comeback, but it would require additional time and financial help! Thank you for a fine reliable product.

We much better than I expected. I purchased to get circulation in my legs. Been pretty well confined since the virus scare that the news media have warned up on a daily bases. I decided to take precautions and stop turning on the news and get with it. I'm 78 yr old and don't have enough time left here if I live to be 100. This was a outstanding buy and helped me started living again.

When I received the product I started using it with my legs right away. I have a rare autoimmune disease that destroys my nerves and weakens my leg and arm muscles. This machine is perfect for someone like me with balance issues who can’t sit on a regular exercise bike seat.

I bought this for my elderly dad after his knee surgery. It has given him an opportunity to stay active regardless of what the weather is like outside and since a gym isn't in the cards with covid right now. Bike works perfectly for him, came pretty much assembled and is super easy to use. It won't give a younger person a heart-pumping workout, but this is great for post-op physical therapy or light movement.

So have only used the legs option. It has the training of a cycle without taking up a lot of space. It will tone and strengthen your legs just as good as a recumbent cycle. Plus it is portable sooner or later I will do the arms plus legs. I will do it while watching TV Fully recommend get one
