Highly recommend. I spend a lot of money on lures, a single KVD 8.0 costs as much as this Five pack. But if they don't catch fish, what good are they? Well, I have only used the yellow w/ black back & black specks. It was the first one I tied on, runs true, is very controllable and it catches fish. Fit and Finish on these lures are excellent. I love square bill crank baits and can tell you these stack up to any name brand lures I have in my arsenal. They now share the same box with all my KVD's from 1.0's to 8.0's and I will readily use these in a tournament. Having confidence in a lure is 98% of fishing, these are a winner in the confidence department. How I fish them: I like to slowly reel these in with occasional pauses through the weeds or casting from my boat to the shore sometimes letting it bounce off a rock.. If the water is clear enough you can easily manipulate the lure through a weed bed or over the tops of the weeds and the bass will find them. These will also catch fish with a constant retrieved but I prefer to just reel, pause, reel pause. I do not jerk the lure, simply stop reeling for a second then continue on. However, ripping them would probably work also.

For the money you really can not beat them. The graphics are great and the two I have fished swim true. The hooks are a little thin and I will more than likely swap them out once I dial in my favorites. I did not down grade the rating due to the hooks as the price point made it understandable. Will by them again. I would rank them up with H2O Express baits from Academy at a better price per bait.

I have to say, I wasn't really expecting a lot from these lures, especially at the price. I usually fish Strike King squarebills. But, I have used 4 of the 5, and have caught bass on every one! One thing I was not impressed about though, were the hooks. they were fine for several fish, but they tend to bend a bit too easily. So, I swapped them out for some quality hooks, which I buy in bulk, so it really wasn't that much of a cost increase per lure. after all that, I still say 5 stars.
