    I did not have the time to do indoor sports, I can now train in the same way but at home. elastic with different forces, very good for doing different exercises

    Since all the gyms were closed I knew I needed something to upgrade my home workouts, but didn't want the bulkiness of weights. These bands are perfect. I like how there are five different levels, so they're perfect for all types of workouts. Also thought it was nice to have the little booklet that shows different exercises to do.

    I bought these bands because of Covid 19 and my gym being closed. I needed something to simulate using weights. They work well so far. I haven't mastered all the different exercises but I definitely could feel resistance.

    I love my Borchent Core Sliders. They are so easy to use. They slide perfectly smooth on carpet using the plastic side, and very gently on hardwood/laminate using the foam side. The bands are a good addition to any workout. I use them especially for my legs workout routine. The color coding is useful for picking out the correct band for each exercise at a glance. In addition to the color coding, the bands are clearly-labeled.
