LOVE these bands! I am a professional Personal Trainer and got these for my wife and I to get some good pumps in at home. I am a very big fan or resistance bands for all sorts of different training and stretching methods and these are hitting the spot! The band variety is also great, as these offer all the different strengths so you can get some good resistance for the legs too. They are very sturdy (I have combined several of them for some Dead lifts) and they are obviously very easy to store. The other things I love are the handles and Door Anchor. It's literally a gym on the go if you know what you're doing! Will be recommending these to clients and friends!

They work absolutely great. I have been using these bands consistently for the past 3 weeks, and I have not had any issues using them so far. They have surpassed my expectations. These resistance bands are very durable and versatile. They are a great addition to my home gym. I use the bands specifically for core and other range of motion exercises. The bands have also helped me with my pull ups. I have noticed an increase in upper strength thanks to these bands. I also have friends and family that work out in my gym, and they especially enjoy using these resistance bands. I would definitely recommend this product. I also believe the price is fair. I am very happy with my purchase.

I got these bands for my home workouts and I must say the quality is outstanding! I’m so happy with the product because it’s durable and strong which allows full intensity to get maximum results. The best part is that I can work different parts of my body because it comes with a lot of attachments!

I like that: 1. there are five options of light / medium / heavy resistance and two in between light / medium & medium / heavy to allow for total versatility of resistance for all the isolation movements performed. 2. The bands work for lighter movements like tricep extensions / lateral deltoid raises as well as heavier movements like lattisimus dorsi rows and assisted pullups. 3. My two favorite areas are first that if you get creative you can perform any movement. second is that the increase in tension as the band stretches allows for the movement to start off easier and get more difficult as you approach contraction - which causes a new feeling that dumbells nor machines can offer.

You get 5 bands of various resistance, which I think is great for "drop-sets", and I've seen workout tutorials where the athlete praised the exercises of resistance bands. At first glance and test, I can see where this will provide that extra burn and muscle activation towards the end range of motion, as tension increases. I won't be envying my sweat towel! Also, the attachments are more than necessary, but great to have if you wanted to switch your workout up and use grips. All-in-all, great buy!

A lot of my accessory work has been with the use of bands and bands are one of the few things missing in my home gym. After scrolling and reading through hundreds of band options in Walmart, I landed on this one and I am not disappointed. I get the range of resistance I was hoping for as well as the additional accessories that make the bands even more versatile. The price was great. The quality of the bands are as good as the ones I used to use at the CrossFit gym. If you are looking for quality bands that have a great price, go for these.

The main use I see for loop-style resistance bands are to perform assisted exercises like the pull ups and dips. These bands work great for that reason. The green band is quite hefty, so you will receive a significant amount of assistance in those exercises. The attachments this set come with work very well for doing a wide range of exercises. This is one reason bands are more versatile than free weights because they offer resistance in many planes of motion. For instance, you can do a bench press standing up. Face pulls. Lat pull downs. Horizontal rows. Free weights can't. This gives you an opportunity to perform exercises that are just not possible with dumbbells. A normal issue with loop-style resistance bands is that you often need to use gloves to perform certain exercises. Another benefit of bands is the portability. All of these bands fit into a small bag weighing around 2-3 pounds total. Traveling? Going to the park? You can take these wherever without having to worry about lugging a ton of weight. You can essentially get a solid workout wherever you go. They are cheap, versatile, offer a solid amount of resistance, and are portable. Would highly recommend this set.

My daughter (in her 20s) has been trying to work up to doing some pull-ups. Her strategy, which I thought was highly questionable, was to jump as high as possible and pull the last bit. She wasn't really getting the benefit of the exercise. I recently ordered these straps for her, and it has completely changed that part of her workout. She is now doing 5 sets of 6-10 reps of assisted pull-ups using proper form. Once 10 reps gets easy, she will drop down to a lower strength band. I'm confident that these will help her work up to doing some unassisted pull-ups. I chose this set of bands over some others because of the handles that give the set a lot more versatility. The bands have also been getting use for bicep curls and other exercises. You have a whole range of exercises you can do with these bands -- I'm a fan of exercise bands. I can't really speak to long-term durability yet, but so far, so good. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I have been working out at home for quite some time now but wanted something to make it a little bit more challenging (and something to help with pull-ups and such.) These were perfect! I have used this set nearly every day since I ordered them a couple of weeks ago and they help so much with making my workouts more interesting. They are durable and I believe they will last me a very long time. Great product and would definitely recommend for those looking to up the ante on their workouts!!

The bands are of very good quality and for a fraction of the price of the more expensive bands. I initially got this for rehabbing my shoulder, but am able to use the added attachments to work other areas of the body. It allowed me to get the full range of weight resistance for the bigger muscles as well. I highly recommend this for people who want multiple quality weight resistance bands at a reasonable cost, and with the added handy little carrying bag I can get a full workout anywhere.

Very happy with the quality of these resistance bands! The set includes complete accessories for a full body workout that are also great quality. I like using these bands on there own or with other free weights. The green x-heavy band also works great as a belt to do weighted pull-ups!

I have bought two different types of bands from this manufacturer and have not been disappointed. The first set is tubes, but I was drawn to this set because of the continuous loop design. It makes it easy to do a variety of exercises and movements. They also come with several additional parts such as handles, door anchor , all in a sturdy, convenient carry pouch. There is a quality feel to all the items. Shipping was super-fast; it actually arrived three days before schedule. If we could more than five stars, I would.

I have found that these bands, coupled with the handles and door anchor that comes with this bundle, much more useful than the alternative “tube” style bands which I bet you have also considered. I bought a set of both types of bands since they’re relatively cheap but have found these to be much more useful. I would not find these bands nearly as useful without the handles and door anchor so I’d definitely recommend getting a set like this one with those extras.

I didn't really buy these for the traditional use, I do not use them for exercising, although I love that I have that option and would love to try that sometime. I bought these to help with stretching/flexibility/strength building for my daughters: one in ballet/one in gymnastics. They work great for the girls. I also do a lot of yoga and was very our of practice due to quarantine lifestyles (no excuse- it's literally an exercise I can do at home, but I didn't) and these have helped me personally to get deeper into some of my stretches after letting my flexibility go a little bit. I also love all of the extra parts that came with it. I hope to try them out and do more exercising at home.

I ordered these bands to alleviate my current lack of a gym. Straight out of the box I was a little worried because the bands were sticking together pretty firmly—we got hit with a cold snap and I thought the extreme temperature shift may have caused them to weaken during shipment. I let them sit for a day and then used all of the bands for an upper body workout, and they worked perfectly. They seem very durable, and will definitely get the job done. I have used some of the attachments, but do find that a small instruction guide on their application would be useful. A couple of the pieces I don’t know how to use. Overall, great purchase and an excellent (nearly necessary) supplement to any gym bag.

What a great set of exercise bands. I was initially looking at a much more expensive set, that only included the resistance bands, but then when I saw these bands with the same resistance levels and all those additional accessories, I was sold. They arrived in great condition and I've already started using them. Highly recommend for anyone looking to workout without having to get a gym membership.
