    This is a solid weight vest. Each block is 3 lbs. I use 30 lbs when I workout and its a killer. its worth it. great produ

    Got this weight vest for my husband to practice working out with. This vest is perfect for his needs. The vest has many little two pound bags of sand that you place in the pouch areas of the vest. It's a tight fit but I would prefer that. The vest it's self is very secure and strong. Should last for many years. There is a velcro wrap that goes around the vest and your body to keep it from moving around. I highly recommend buying. Great weight vest... worth the money

    Fits good with room to spare. I'm 6'3" 240lbs and it tightens up all the way with room to spare. It stays in place when I run but I have tried lifting weights or doing calestinics. wanted something to make me work out a little harder and this was it. It seems very durable, the seams and stitching are all good nothing has came apart and the weight is more than sufficient for what I'm trying to achieve.

    I bought this for one of my Grandsons to help him with his training for the Fort Worth Fire departments 8 stage physical test to become a firefighter. It was a tremendous help and he passed the test easily.
