6 Step Easy Process:
1. Peel off the lower side of the backing.
2. Apply the lower half just above nipple. (Press it smooth for about 15seconds and avoid wrinkles and or creases.)
3. Bend the top side down then peel away the rest of the backing.
4. Use the upper half of the lift to lift breast into position.
5. Press the upper half of the lift to your skin.
6. Follow steps 1-5 on the other breast.  

Note:
The sticker is disposable, so the first time paste should be accurate, otherwise it will became non-viscous. Please be sure to make it once in place.
We do not recommend apply this product over open cuts, rashes, skin disorders, sensitive skin, sunburned skin, or for overnight use.
Do not stick on your tender skin over 4 hours.
