It's powder that glows in the dark. You can combine it with gel, acrylic, nail polish.... you just have to charge it, then it will glow.

Im not sure what you mean but the way I used it was by painting my nails with gel polish I would dip my finger in the glow in the dark powder and than rub it on my nail and than put my gel top coat. I hope that helps

I did not mix it with gel. I mixed mine with acrylic powder but it was not gritty at all. It's pretty fine powder.

This is basically a pigment that you can add to clear nail polish, clear uv gel, or clear acrylic powder and then apply to nails. That's what I did anyway lol. Hope that helped.
