Can I put a towel in wet for a hot towel treatment?

  • No. This does not produce any heat. It simply sterilize what is placed in it by UV bulbs.

Does it smell bad after use?

  • You should use distilled water for this or any unit. Then there is no smell ever. A drop of essential oils is also a nice touch.
