So I plug it into the headphone jack on my tv and a usb charging port then it will pair with my bluetooth headphone and i can watch tv with them?

  • Yes. I have a TV with a USB port. I plug the transmitter into that, plug the supplied RCA plugs into the TV's RCA jacks and the little transmitter is ready to go.
