  • Q I have a few questions. 1. It said in the Features that it is only 720P but the it also metion that this is a 1080P doorbell. which is it? 2. It said on the Specification that it requires 2 18650 batteries but on the picture, it has 3 batteries slots. How many batteries does this need? 3. Does this doorbell support hard wire as I see there is wire contact at the back? Also does this unit support connecting to a physical door chime? 4. Does this unit work with Alexa or Google home?

There are two versions .S3364-720P is 720P ,S3364-1080P is 1080P,please choose one according to your need. 2.Yes, it has 3 batteries slots, but actually you can put up to three batteries, which can increase the length of use, and you can start up with just one battery. 3.Yes,it can be connected to the power supply, but the power supply needs to be purchased by yourself.
