I would think so. That's the plug in module for other radios so they can use the Taranis sbus and ppm recievers? Then yes.

Yes, the JR Module on the Tango according to its specs can support Frsky as well as many other options.

in the menu page where you set the transmitter to bind..directly below that there is the failsafe. .i use no pulses but you can choose whichever u want..just be carefully if you choose hold last position. .i wouldnt use that for multirotors

Yes

Yes, but I'm not sure what the channel mapping will become. I have a feeling the PWM ch#'s won't be 1-3 like it is labeled on the receiver. You may have to do some trial and error to figure out what channels the PWM outputs will become when using PWM and SBUS at the same time.

No sure...the device works great.

It should bind without problem to the taranis. The only reason why it ever wont is because you say have EU firmware and its international. However even when this is the case there are tutorials how you can flash the reciever with the port on the back of the taranis.

When this receiver is bound to a transmitter. You have to jumper certain wires to set it in it’s sbus/ppm/pwm modes. Look up which wires to jump from FRsky. And try again. I believe the 8xrsb only has one mode it binds in. The x4rs have at least 3 modes. Maybe 4.

This is by far my favorite receiver to use with my Taranis transmitter. I always de-pin mine and direct solder the wires to make it smaller and lighter. Not much else to say about it, it just works and works well. My only complaint is the newer versions that are being shipped are using a different connector for the antenna cables and I bought a bunch of antenna replacement cables a while back because if you are flying a lot, you will damage the cables over time. I can't use any of those cables I bought on the newer X4R-SB units I've received this week. I can't find replacement cables anywhere for them either. For this reason, I am only giving this 4 stars. If they had kept the antenna connectors the same or documented what the new connector is called or where to get replacement cables, I'd have gladly given this a 5 star review.

This caused me to crash and break my new Runcam eagle fpv camera on my 185 racer. Range was maybe 30 or so yards and it dropped like a rock onto the concrete at full throttle ;( I am not a happy customer. Hope my motors and everything else is ok... Upon checking everything closely, I found the antenna to be loose which was the culprit. The receiver is working great and I was also able to also fix my fpv camera. Life is good!

Overrated. Too much trouble to get it to work with a lost drone buzzer. Update: I purchased a new unit to use with my Omnibus F3 flight controller. Now that I understand how to use Betaflight to set it up the unit, most of my problems with the radio receiver are now resolved. The major flaw with the receiver is with the antennas. They break very easily so be careful with them. In addition, putting a replacement antenna on is a real pain. I ended up destroying my receiver when I pressed too hard trying to snap the antenna back on.

I read a few reviews and this rx seemed like the way to go with my setup. However, since they are made in China the quality of this 1 I received out of a thousand others, the antenna broke right off the board after a semi-rough landing. Thought they were a little more durable. This may only be me and a handful others but, I bought another and will try it again. Overall good product.
