Fast shipmentTomtop delivered to Australia in only 4 business days. No other business posts faster. The Xiaomi mi Drone is amazing. it gives DJI video quality and flight performance,, but at a fraction of the price. At the time of launch, this drone surpassed the Phantom 3, and had innovations like removable gimbal and foldable legs, which made it able to be carried in a regular backpack. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Tomtop, drone came 5 days after order was placed. Well at least I thought I was off to a flyer. This was because I hadn't had an issue yet with equipment. Flew the drone for about 2 weeks without a problem. The next two weeks were somewhat challenging and shocking to say the very least and has remained so to this day. Firstly a couple of screws fell out of the mobile device holder on the transmitter during a flight. So i wrote an email to support and they replied back two days later asking me to supply a photo of the damage to the transmitter. Then once I sent the photos in and they assessed the damage, support replied back and said just go to your local Xiaomi store in my local area and get the transmitter fixed. I'm in Australia in Melbourne and Xiaomi has absolutely no presence in Australia so I wrote back letting them know this and explained that I used this drone commercially and wouldn't it be easier if they were to just ship me out a a new transmitter. Three days later they finally replied stating that they had decided to ship me out a new transmitter and to be patient and once the transmitter comes into the store. This was about 3 days ago. I am still waiting for it to be shipped out to me. The other issue I have with the drone is that it keeps giving the same error every flight. The error message stating "Battery communication interrupted please land immediately". This error can occur anytime during a flight but it has always occurred at some point. When this error occurs the battery % remains the same the entire flight. This means I cannot read the battery level at all and is extremely dangerous. Again I wrote an email to support but but this time they haven't even bothered to reply and I sent my first email regarding this issue on 28/07/2017 since the first email I have sent another email every day and still I have not had a reply from support to this day. So because Tomtop didn't want to solve my issue I thought I would go and send an email to Xiaomi. Big mistake as they told me that For a faster service I should contact the company I bought The drone from. I thought to myself wow this is just great. So I emailed them back stating that Tomtop is the company I purchased the drone from and they stated that Tomtop is not a direct distributor for Xiaomi and is only a middle man between the destructor. And they just gave me the runaround telling me they are not going ton
