Yes there is a button on the controler that does just that. Plus you can simply turn the controls off and it will return home. When you turn the controls back on and move the joysticks it will let you fly it normally no matter if it has completedThe maneuver back home or not.

Not too sure about that , I had that same drone and it didn't last me very long.

I once flew my Hunan up to 150 meters but it's not worth it, you loose your line of sight when you reach like 100 meters. Be careful! It's a good beginners quad with GPS!

On the hubsanus.com site, the product details list 16GB as the largest microSD... "Max capacity: 16 GB. Class 10 or UHS-1 rating required."

In the owners manual that ships with the 502e, it shows that there are prop protectors available from Hubsan.

The cheapest GPS drone! Great for beginners! As a quadcopter for beginners, it is a bit slow and perfect for beginners. Just remember to turn on the Quadcopter first, then turn on the transmitter and tie the transmitter to the Quadcopter. After Quad and Transmitter are linked, you will see a message on the transmitter screen to calibrate the compass. The compass is calibrated by turning the quadrilateral clockwise towards the ground horizontally, reducing the number of quadrilateral rotations from 3 to 10 times. Compass 2 is calibrated by pointing the camera toward the ground, then turn the ring in a clockwise direction and then perform 3 to 10 times. Simply look at the screen on the transmitter and the calibration message will disappear after the compass is calibrated. Then you must let the GPS module find the GPS satellite. You must wait until 6 satellites appear on the transmitter screen, which can take 3 or 4 minutes. Be patient. If you fly before finding a satellite, my plane will be unstable. All in all, this is an excellent quadcopter for beginners with telemetry to indicate the battery level of the quadcopter in flight. He is already at home, so if he is away from him to tell him where to go, just press the switch and he will return to where he took off. Overall, this is a great little entry-level quad-core.

If possible, I would give it 10 stars. I paid twice as much for the other quads compared to the other fees. I paid twice without GPS. I like owning the Hubson 502e. In the past two months, I have purchased about 8 drones. I also like the Holy Stone brand, but Hubson costs less and can do more.

I received my H502E today. On July 11, 2017, I greased it, cut it and put on an accessory. I took him to a place with little wind outside. It was clean and stable after takeoff. Its size was that the drone was trying to maintain its position, but it really did a good job. I picked it up about 60 inches and took some photos. It worked fine, but apparently this is a toy with a toy camera. In general, this may be worth it, and its flight size is quite stable. The wind speed was 4 mph. The only negative news I saw was that the battery gave me 4 and a half minutes and the camera was not very good. Well, fly 10 miles at 12 mph. This matter is handled very well. I have not had a problem with the engine, but I am very careful. I have to lubricate it every ten flights. I am very careful to make sure I have a solid GPS lock before leaving the ground about 4 to 5 feet. But the price can't really complain.

So, the motors burn out in these..I got about 50 4 minute flights out of it. most fun i've had with a drone. Ended up with a mavic pro after this broke so I guess skip this drone and get your real drone first. than again, I got 50 dollars of valuable flight experience....up to you.

This product probably has more sophisticated technology than the vehicle that landed on the moon. Why only 3 stars? The first product I received had a good camera but the transmitter was faulty and made it impossible to control properly. The second flew beautifully but the camera didn't work. The third had a great camera but the transmitter made controlling it too jerky so I used the transmitter from the second one and all was well, really well. I have several complaints about the user manual. First, many steps are out of order including putting the propellers on before the guards. Also, be aware that the camera card you will need to purchase can be max 16G.

I guess you can't expect to much from a quad in this price range but you can find better for $100, but here are some pros and cons. Pros: cheap, has camera, decent range, good battery life. Cons: very cheap plastic, horrible camera quality, handles like a boat, need to buy sd card, if you bring it down fast at all it sways and tips really really bad. I've only had an 3DR Iris+ before this $550+ so I may be a little spoiled with the capabilities of a better drone.

The camera is good for being on a smaller drone in this price range. Filming was clear. (No jello effect, and colors seem to be somewhat accurate) This drone is very light which can often lead to unstable (Wobbly) filming. The wind or gentle breezes can carry it. It got away from me, but the return to home feature saved it. Another time I had to kill the engine. Since it is lightweight, no damage to the drone was incurred. It seems to be tough. I haven't been happy with the instructions (Weren't clear). .The black screws for the A prop are reverse threaded (At least on the drone that came to me; My instruction book didn't mention this). A video review comment saved me in that regard. Unfortunately, one of the screws on Prop. A is stuck, and if I needed to replace the propellor, I guess I'd be out of luck. Recently, this quad has been taking longer and longer to calibrate. However, it still works, and is is fun. Good starter drone, but I am now looking for an upgrade.

This was my first quad, so obviously, I don't have a point of comparison. This one was a Christmas gift from my father as a segway into drone photography. It has certainly been an enjoyable first experience. This one took a few crashes and kept going. One of those crashes was fairly suspect, given that I armed the quad in the middle of a field, took it up about 20', then flipped RTH and it veered off into a tree and wrecked hard. Couple of things to be aware of before buying: 1) The company only gives you 3 days to file a complaint. When RTH didn't seem to work as expected, and one of the motors appeared to have broken as a result of the crash, I tried to file with them after 3 days and they refused. Luckily, cleaning it out corrected the issue. Fully test A.S.A.P. 2) The camera is neither "vivid" nor "sharp", as described. It's terrible for anything further away than arm's length. Basically, the camera focus is set for portraits, not landscapes, so unless you're using this quad for hands-free selfies, this is exactly as I described it--a starter/mediocre quad you won't feel too horrible about crashing.
