Article arrived on time, assembling was easy. English Bedinungsanleitung which was well described with pictures. I then started the drone, downloaded a mobile app, connected it and left! (As with the connecting, etc. is in the instructions) drone perfectly lied, safe and stable. However, the steering has often packed and the drone is VERY quickly blown in the direction of the wind. From the camera, however, I am very disappointed. This is not a long HD, not even 360p (video). After all, video has better quality than single pictures. Find the price reasonable, except that they could have put a more Euro in the camera. For charging: No normal connection but with USB adapter. Connecting the battery to the USB port is a pin connection from which I am very disappointed. It's really hard to put him apart. But every time you have to be afraid to break the pins. Overall: For the price top, but the battery connection and the camera disappointed. Control and configuration was easily explained! 3.5.

This is a very good drone for the price, especially the flash sale price I bought it for.It is a large drone, easy to see and fly. Good power and range. Reasonable spare batteries. The altitude hold feature works pretty well, not as good when windy. It has on fatal flaw in my opinion. Holding down the throttle control cuts off the motors. It doesn't matter if you are on the ground or 300 feet up. It drops like a rock and I have damaged mine several times. Mainly just the legs when over grass but also broke the body when it hit concrete.Pushing the throttle up and holding will not save you. You must push it up, release, push up and hold it up to regain power.I have forgotten and held down on the throttle several times when it got too high. You must know what to do and do it quickly to recover from this mistake.Super glue is useless for repairs, but black electrical tape works wonders on the body and legs.Recommended, but remember, no holding down throttle at altitude.

This drone here (X8HC) is one of the bigger toy grade drones I've come across. Its actually about the same size body wise as a Phantom 3 drone (nowhere near as as good as a Phantom though but a Phantom costs $500 this drone is only $75). It comes packaged in a nice box and includes everything you need...the landing gear and blade guards, camera, propellers (you get 4 extra), controller, battery and battery charger. The quad comes with none of those things installed so you'll have to take a few minutes and assemble everything (it's easy and straight forward...I was able to get everything assembled and ready to fly in about 10 minutes) before you head outside. If you're planning on flying in close quarters to walls and houses do yourself a favor and install the included blade guards they will save your propellers and your walls from damage...however if you are going to be in the vicinity of trees I'd recommend leaving them off because with them on it's much easier to get it stuck on branches. Unfortunately the camera is not WiFi enabled so you can't use your phone for FPV...but it is a 2mp camera and the video is decent for what you pay. It handles OK in the air, to me it feels a bit bulky while trying to maneuver it but it's still lots of fun to fly. It does feature altitude hold mode (keeps the drone at whatever altitude you leave it at) which makes this much easier for beginners to fly. It comes with a nice full sized remote and is comfortable to hold and easy to use. Where this is a bigger drone flying it outside with a little bit of wind is ok but any big gust will still take it so be careful. It has a couple different cool features including, altitude hold (mentioned earlier) and headless mode (makes beginner flying much easier, look it up and use it if you're a first timer, you'll thank me later). It only comes with one battery that takes about 60 minutes to charge and lasts around 10-12 minutes or so of flying time (if you want to fly longer pick up a couple extra batteries, they're not that expensive). I would recommend putting your name and number on the drone somewhere in case you lose it and it ends up in a neighbors yard so they'll know who's it is and you'll get your drone back (you can write it on a sticker and stick it on the drone somewhere). Overall it's a decent drone to get your feet wet with before you jump into one of the more expensive drones. It's a lot of fun to fly. I LOVE MILO!!

We had a tricky time getting this drone to straighten up and fly right. But once we did, it was amazing. We're sort of new to drones, so we didn't fully appreciate how important propeller configuration is. The instructions don't mention this at all, so we found out via videos of experienced drone flyers on YouTube. We had to buy a new set of propellers because the ones it came with were not the right numbers, which kept us from getting the drone off the ground. One wrong propeller in the configuration will keep the whole thing from taking off. I had to take off one star because we had to buy extra propellers, since it was another $12 on top of what the drone already costs. Once we got it all worked out though, we found this drone to be a lot of fun. The handling has a bit of a learning curve. After only using pocket or similar small drones before, I felt unprepared for how much more difficult this was to maneuver. I think I discovered that a drone isn't a toy you play with sometimes. It's at least a hobby, but more like a skill. It's clear that we're going to be spending a lot of time with this drone before we're really good with it. But that's okay because it's a lot of fun. I wish it came with an extra battery, but they're easily found here on tomtop. The attached vid is regular speed. The camera mic is close to the propeller, so that's what the sound you hear is. No editing of video or sound occurred.
