The ESC can handle 3S, according to the specs. Check the current draw of the motor at 3S (refer to motor MFR's specs). If it's less than 120A continuous / 760A peak, then the ESC should work. But, since this is a copy of a Hobbywing product, maybe subtract 50% from the ratings, to be on the safe(r) side. That's from the ESC side... from the battery side, 6400mAh capacity * 20C discharge rate = 128,000mA = 128A discharge rate. Check your pack if it's 20C sustained or 20C peak. see less

He used the instructions for a HobbyWing ESC (Google search) and could easily program with the program button. I have been using it for about 6 months with a GoolRC 5200kv brushless motor and it has been working very well. I only have 2S batteries, so I can not say how it would work, but I imagine it would be as simple as connecting the fan to the receiver for power (to avoid burning the fan with higher battery voltages of 3-4 seconds.

This product is good for begineer because price is very nice. but performance is very low. Reaction time is too slow, can not change any setting, rotation feed back is not stable and very cheap exterior. Dont buy this one if you are not bigineer but recomend to bigineer. sensered cable is not include.
