I put a 450mah in mine. Helps balances out the tail heavy airplane if it has the LED strips. It has rudder and elevator. And the TX can bind to any FlySky protocol. And if you have a HobbyGrade radio that can speak FlySky, then you can use it to control the v959. I use my Turnigy 9x, TH9x, Taranis, 9XR or Deviation radios.

About 200 meters, see quadcoptor101 video for increasing range.

There shouldn't be any difference other than colors. Sometimes they have more stock of one color so they may put that on sale. I suggest buying the SkyKing F959 with LED. Love it when it's lit up.

Yes, it is normal.

This thing flies best outside. Will handle some wind. It flies so good that I bought a second one. Love it.

This is a fun little flyer right out of the box. Can’t beat it for the price. Make sure you have plenty of room and soft grass for the first few flights until you get used to it. All the negative reviews I’ve seen on it or that the motor is mounted crooked and pulls to one side or the other but this is intended to be this way to allow for the torque of the motor. All it takes is a little trimming on the control To get an even flight. I have crashed it several times and luckily the winds pop right off to avoid damage.

I've always been fascinated by RC flying, but I have never been in a place where enough people do it to find a teacher. Instead I tried many times to learn on my own with little success and a lot of broken aircraft. Eventually I got a simple RC flying simulator for my PC and practiced with that until I had the reflexes to push the sticks in the correct direction without thinking about it. Then I bough this F959 Sky King RTF. The box arrived promptly and the assembly was easy to accomplish, but I had difficulty syncing the transmitter to the receiver correctly until I fully charged the battery in the plane. After that it synced instantly and reliably. Plug in the plane battery first, then turn on the transmitter. After a series of beeps from the transmitter you are ready to verify the controls are correct and go. This is a very light weight model so you must fly in nearly calm winds. There isn't enough control authority to overcome an errant gust... but the same limited control authority makes it forgiving for the beginner. It took me over a week of waiting to get my day when I had both the opportunity and the winds were down. That finally happened today. I had about 15 minutes of great flight time before the building breeze was testing my novice abilities to their limits. I actually returned with the battery still strong, ( you can fly it very well with the power off or reduced, ) and the plane in one piece. A victory for me! The top mounted folding pusher-prop is bound to save a lot of damage during unscheduled landings, but it does make the model sensitive to trim with any power changes. Practice changing the power slowly until you get the hang of it and can co-ordinate with the elevator and elevator trim. For people having trouble with the model at launch first verify that you have correct control motion. i.e. right stick back = elevator up. If not re-bind the transmitter. Then I suggest trying a little less power at launch (it will fly fine on 1/2 to 3/4 power) and be 100% sure you are tossing it straight out (not up or down) and also straight into any wind you may have. Mine climbed surprisingly strongly right out of my hand. The controls are gentle but the plane is still spirited enough that I was able to execute a couple of double loops. Lots of fun! I would highly recommend this to the novice pilot.

This is just a great plane. Travel faster than UMX Radian and have stronger winds. I like it better than Radian. Very easy to fly And super durable. Several times the nose learned to fly and then bent back. Any cracks will be resolved by the transparent gorilla gum. You will definitely get the LED version. Awesome at night. I have the RTF kit with a toy radio transmitter. However, this Sky King uses the Flysky protocol. So, if your Turnigy 9x or TH9x or Taranis comes with a $ 17 FlySky module on the back, you can use a full-size programmable radio. I have a fast plane and a quad. But this fully reflects the entertainment fun and allows you to relax the park's flyers with ease. You can shoot at full speed. Make loops and so on. Alternatively, you can stop the engine and then slide it down like a taxi. My mine and mine for my friends came out a little awkward. Therefore, it tends to fluctuate up and down. Make sure the lipid is completely inserted in the nose. Then, adjust the elevator stop to maximum. You can use bigger lipids. (I used HiSky 450 mah large liposomes for my HCP100) or simply added some weight to the nose area. After doing this ... it has a very predictable landslide slope. It is like a tuned paper plane.

My nephew was able to fly with almost no learning curve, completing 360 steps on the first flight and firing immediately (just cutting grass). The plane works well, so it can fly for long periods of time, using electric motors only when necessary. And it was difficult to break: he cut some trees, his wings suddenly spread and there was no damage, just assembly. About a week later, he lost the wing stabilizer bar after cutting the tree again, but we were able to request replacements of the highest quality aircraft. Overall, I think this is the best designed toy I've seen.

Learn to fly, night flight and Fvv perfect plane. Nothing broke the bank. There are two versions, one with LED lights and no. If possible, bring the leader as the night flight is a lot of fun. The flight time is about 15 minutes and the range is on the soccer field. If you have a 9x radio, you can group and get twice the range. This plane is made of high quality epi foam and can cause some abuse. With a little glue, if it hits full speed, you can resume normal work. Try to fly on the grass and glue the bottom with duct tape with a transparent packing tape to keep it longer. Also, remember to go directly to the wind. I saw people throwing up things, which could make him dive. Thank you for reading my comments and suggestions, and I wish you a happy flight! !! !!

This is a great small plane. First of all, you can really fly! Second, it flies very well, like a bigger seaplane. Third, the transmitter has an excellent display that shows the clipping of the control surface and battery power. It can move quickly, so I recommend an area like a soccer field on your first flight. It has a different "on" process than most R / C models. First connect the battery, then turn on the transmitter and wait for 3 beeps to connect the electronics. I want to buy another one for my vacation home.
