Have been using for about a month now. Great phone. I had a setup problem initially, doing the google copy of my old phone caused a boot loop. Must have been some app that didn't' agree with the new phone. Had to factory reset and then just install the apps that I wanted. Has worked great every since.

Lovely phone, glad to have it waterproof, to take pics in rain.Battery seems good, sound, fine, also screen.two things:That awful screenshot button..far too easy to tip while starting, holding, touching phonehaving to clear unnecessary screenshots all the time. Apps to manage buttons don't seem to recognize it and phone settings has nothing to reprogramme it.The other ting is that no one has a proper curved glass screen protector yet, all those that claim to be 2.5D also say not providing full cover.With luck these problems will be solved soonI've been unable to find a full instruction manual either.But all in all a good phone

Definitely a phablet instead of a phone, it is large and almost impossible for me to use one handed.For the pros: It is pretty darn responsive and quick for a Helios processor, with no major hint of lag or slow down. The phone has support for most cellular bands used in the USA, and should work on all carriers in the US. From my personal testing it works well with both T-Mobile (including VoLTE) and Verizon.The cons: The camera is mediocre most of the time and poor in really low light, but I didn't buy it for the camera and am happy with the quality for that I use the camera for. It's also unfortunate that it doesn't come with a native US socket charger, but they do add a dongle that allows it to be used in the US (although it wants to fall out when in the wall socket) and you can use any USB-C charger with it, so it really isn't an issue. My first real gripe is the order/shipping time. I knew this was a pre-order when I bought it and would be a long wait, but it took almost two months to receive the unit and I didn't get any feedback about the long wait time until I mailed customer service. That isn't against the phone though so I didn't put it in cons.Overall I am REALLY surprised at the awesomeness of the phone for such a great price but you may struggle to get it into your hands.

I bought this phone for my daughter recently and its really awesome. I was really tempted to swap my iPhone 7 for this phone. The screen is bigger, the resolution is extraordinary and it contains so many features. The edge to edge bezel is kind of cool while watching videos, playing games, etc...

I purchased this phone to replace my problematic iPhone 6s. I've owned nothing but apple so this device is a first for me. I've been using it for a few weeks and I have to say I haven't seen much in the way of technical problems. I'm just an average guy, looking for a good deal on a phone I could surf the web, take photos and buy stuff with. I'll lay it out the best I can. I think the tech reviews were a little harsh on this one.
