Just got this today. Although I doubted it would work it turned out to be be pretty accurate. Manual Blood Pressure was spot on. Heart rate was good too. Respiratory rate was not accurate but I'm not particularly interested in this parameter. I have to say, I'm impressed especially with the blood pressure measurement since this technology is usually inaccurate. To those who have problems with iphones, I followed the instructions from one of the reviews here. The only tricky part is if you download the app with Q scan app, it will not work. Instead go to the app store and search 37 bracelet. After I got that figured out, everything else was a breeze. Today is day one. if you don't see any update from me in the future, it means it's working great.

The main reason I bought this is to keep up with my blood pressure and sleep habits. I tested the blood pressure with the bracelet and then with an actual wrist bp cuff. The bracelet was off a good bit. While this bothers me it's not such a big deal because I basically want to keep up with whether it spikes before/during a migraine so basically I'm going to use the measurement originally taken with the bracelet and considering that my normal blood pressure. ( IE- Blood pressure cuff says 120/80 and bracelet says 160/110 so 160/110 would be what I would consider normal even though that's technically high) The other things that the bracelet monitors seems to be fairly accurate. Setup was a breeze. The only thing I had trouble with was the activation code and once I switched it from sending the code to my phone to sending it via email I had no issues. Overall I like the bracelet and will continue to use it.

Notice this is a Verified Purchase, the real deal. I just got this and I had to do a lot of detective work to get this to work. So here is my experience: -the L18 Smart Bracelet's box and packaging were fine and great quality. It reminded me of how Apple devices are marketed and showcased, and especially how the user gets little guidance on the instruction manual. -you put the device into the bracelet, take the charging piece and line it up with the battery sensor dots on the device, the charging piece clips on and you must provide your own USB cord to charge it. Keep that in your box or else it may easily be lost. When you set it all up and are using it with the app on your phone, it shows the battery stats so just keep that in mind. -there will be nothing visible from the device, it only shows a charging light when you get to that point. All things will be seen via your phone using an app. -the instructions walk you through details on charging. -there are no instructions for anything beyond that, and you can find a couple of English L18 product reviews on Youtube. -I have Android Galaxy 5S so on Google Play, search for the 37 Degree Bracelet app and download it. -once the device is fully charged, in about 45 minutes, you can grab your phone and scan with Bluetooth -once it's paired to the L18, you will open the 37 Degrees app and you will click on "binding" -once that is done, a screen shows up that you need to change the default country, which is China, and scroll down to USA -notice your mobile number, but it has a 1 added to the digits, so remove that 1--there already is a 1 they have on the far left so if you keep the extra 1 in, it won't work. -now you need to get a code texted to your phone, click send code or whatever that button was called--and you will only get 5 attempts per day, so if you aren't sent the code or something takes too long, it will only let you do that 5 times total per day and then you are locked out until tomorrow or whenever you want to try again. -enter the code you were sent by text and click Register -if all is a success, you can use the app and then things are clear and pretty intuitive for what you need to do to set it up...but figure your height in cm and your weight in kg -you're on your own from that point to figure out what you need to do--so just click around and become aware of the GUI. I have used it mostly by clicking on the bottom orange circle to take me to "Start Measuring" for a manual reading that takes 150 seconds (it shows progress bar) to gather and process. Also from that screen you get after clicking the orange circle, you can click Continuous and slide the button to the right to start and to the left when you want to finish. -There is a screen you can change your activity level you want to track: Drive, Sport, Walk, Movie, Date, Shopping, Sleep, Other. -My data is pretty consistent and this does motivate me because it tracks your steps, HR Avg, HR Max, HR Min, Time for what you set to track It gives you a graph and some descriptions that explain your activity zone. To change to a different activity, you click the back arrow while on Continuous and it asks you to confirm whether you want to change or not. -I am still getting used to it but I mainly do a manual reading every now and then, and keep it on continuous when I am curious what the data will show. -There is a Guest feature too, so when you want to lend it to someone for their reading you can put in their cm, kg, etc. -It's comfortable to wear, and surprisingly I don't get bothered by it at all and I kept it on while sleeping. -I really bought it to track my sleep quality, so this was really good data for me. I set it to the Sleep mode and the next morning set the activity to Other when I woke up. Once I changed the mode, it had the sleep data appear. I clicked on the points it showed on the main view, and gave me more details that referenced those points for the quality of sleep-- a graph, # of wake ups, duration for each of these: light sleep, deep sleep. -On your main screen, just click on whatever you see and it pretty much shows you details and feedback. For example, Cardiopulmonary stats and some advice. -If you see a dashed line where you would expect a reading, just take a manual reading or set up for continuous. -So who knows the security of where this personal info goes, you can see their privacy info but take a leap of faith--it's not made in the USA and you also have let them grab access to whatever since it's an app on your phone.

In my honest opinions, here are a few pros and cons of the L18: PROS: 1. It is a fun way of keeping track of my activities, from my steps to my mood 2. It measures many things such as my blood pressure (BP), Breath Rate, heart rate, mood, fatigue 3. For each measurement, there is a detail about what it is, how to avoid it if it is bad 4. I discovered some of the measurements to be pretty accurate. For example the mood, this morning I broke a build at work, and the L18 bracelet discovered I was in Agitated. Hah, smart you! 5. It looks very cool to wear 6. It is waterproof, so I can wear it to gym, swimming pool and shower without worrying of damaging it. CONS: 1. To recharge the L18, I have to connect it to a base. I found this design was annoying. There were 2 times, I forgot to bring the base with me to work. Those 2 times, the L18 ran out of battery and I could not use it at all. Could we have the microUSB right on the L18 for charging? If I lose the base, the L18 will be useless. 2. I found it a bit challenge to wear the L18's band sometimes. I wish the band has some kind of magnetic connection or some kind of easier snap for wearing. 3. Took me 2 attempts to pair the L18 with the iphone app. OTHERS: 1. I wish it has a digital watch on it. I kept looking at the L18 when I wondered about the time. 2. I wish it has some kind of signal to let me know how battery life is...currently I have to look at the app to find out about its battery. 3. The iphone app 37 degree bracelet is not yet approved by Apple, so I had to manually approve it to use it. This was annoying. 4. During the wizard for the L18 setup, one of the field asked me for my height in (cm). Now this is funny. Can it be in meter (m)? I still like it despite a few cons. It is cool to wear. I would love it if a few cons I mentioned would be improved in future version.

I have been looking for 4 months to find a fitness tracker with blood pressure monitor, that will run on my Android 4.3. Many bracelets said they would , but I had to return them all. This is the best for me. This does not have GPS, fine with me! Does not have a watch, fine with me!!! It really runs on Android 4.3!!!!!!! Thank you, Thank you for making this product really run on my Android 4.3 ( Jelly Bean), old operating system for my Samsung 765 Style Ace!!!! I would like to see replacement bracelets in other colors. . .. . . . . . maybe purple?

This came much faster than I expected. At first, I couldn't get it to work, and I couldn't get it to charge. I tried different usb chargers, and I kept taking the charge adapter off and putting it back on. I don't know what I did, but it eventually started charging. It is comfortable to wear, and I'm surprised at how accurate it seems to be. I will compare it to the blood pressure monitor at my doctor's office, but readings so far are within the range I expect.

I'm being totally serious when I say this product is amazing. It's beautifully made and reads really accurately. It works as described. I'm very impressed with how easy it was to use and set up. The adjustable band makes it easy to apply and remove. The app has so many features and it works exactly as described.
