I received the device on 09/07/2017. It came very well packaged, accessories in order, applied protection. But I had a huge disappointment when turning the power on and checking that there is a defect in the screen. The Android logo flashes on the screen, and it still flickers. I would like to know the procedures for return of the order and to have the refund of the payment, or else the sending of another device that does not have defects.
