Was unsure about this phone as was about a third of the price of the new Caterpilar S50, but then I did not need thermal imaging. This truly is a good bit of kit. Yes, its quite heavy, but that is expected if you want a phone to withstand knocks. I charged the phone fully before switching it on. It does come only with a continental plug charger. Once charged, I inserted my main sim card, and a back up Payg sim which is on another UK network. Also a 32GB memory chip, although most people will not need this as it comes with an amazing 64GB built in. Having read other peoples reviews that it did not work in the UK, and I am no tech geek, I booted it up, and yes, I was able to make and receive phone calls and text messages. At home, I input my house Wi-Fi code, and that worked too, but once outside the house, I had not internet connection. A quick check of the phone settings and I found the Mobile Data was default set to off, whereas Calls and Messages were set to on, so switching Mobile Data to on and Voila! Everything was now working. With its huge battery life, and amazing hi-res screen resolution, the picture quality is stunning. The only thing I found different to my old HTC smart phone was that the internet "Back" button was on the right instead of the left three bottom controls, buy hey-ho, Europe drives on the opposite side of the road, and I can cope with that. Finally, before I did buy it, I did email Nomu in Hong Kong with a couple of questions, and received a positive response back within 7 hours. So, Yes, I seriously do recommend this phone, although, have I tried dropping it yet? No, and lets hope I don't do so in the future. One happy customer!

Very good phone. I'm visiting London with Citymapper Always turns on, taking photos at every corners and the battery is good ! Never turns off... Charging is alors very fast ! The screen had very beautiful colors and capacitive is very smooth and reactive. The sound is also good ! It's a very, very good phone for à little price !

Did a lot of reauch into tough rugged smartphone before deciding on this one! I've had iPhones for years and been fed up with breaking the screens every couple of months and being locked into apple! This phone is great! The battery last for more than 2 days, it has a really simple user interface loads of memory! And you can expand it! Duel sim is a bonus for me k Personally 100% improvement on the iPhone! Well worth a shot for the money. Only draw back I have broken the screen and not sure how to go about getting it fixed as is not a main stream Phone!
