I bought this for my 100 year old aunt who couldn't hear most people on the phone. Now she can her everyone who calls. She complained of "static" on her end. After some trial and error, I realized she was holding the phone too close to her mouth and her breathing was causing the "static". She likes the big buttons and loud ringer.

This is a great corded office phone. The speaker phone is loud and clear, the display sharp, menu is easy to use, has a port for a hands free headset and is not a cordless phone. The lack of a cordless feature may sound like a strange feature to highlight, especially in a world of cordless phones, but my previous AT&T 2.4 GHz corded/cordless phone is what I had suspected was causing interference with my wireless keyboard and mouse, so I was looking for a quality corded phone. Once I replaced the AT&T phone with this one, the keyboard and mouse issues resolved themselves. (Perhaps the cordless phone was too close to my other wireless equipment - I really don't know) Honestly, this phone is an excellent office phone in my opinion, without many of the useless features of other phones on the market, and has exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a basic office phone.

Not bad, mainly for the family, and relatives and friends to call over, after all, the grandmother's generation will rarely use a smart phone, very clear, that is, there is a little whisper, the old man, more or less can not hear. Although I don't know how many words are there, I still want to say a few more words. This phone landline is worth recommending. It has a longer service life than the one mentioned above. The quality is really good, not the cover.

I was looking forward to this phone because I have a hearing loss. The speaker phone function I can hear, but the hand set I cannot hear. Once I answer a call, I cannot switch to speaker phone. It's difficult to use. I wanted to mount the phone on the wall and the handset holder had to be reversed. It was jammed in place and the thin plastic broke. I had to take the phone apart to retrieve the handset holder and the glue it in place. The phone is usable, but not very good.

I recently retired and took a job doing customer service at home. I was required to use a corded phone, which I hadn't had for years. This phone has been working well and doing what it said it would. For the price paid, I think it is a good product. So far everything is working great. I've been using it for about a month. For those who might wonder, I'm using it with cable internet phone service and it works without a hitch.

This is a GREAT home office desk phone. Sounds clear on handset or speaker, and folks I speak to on this phone have agreed. Phone has a decent number of speed dial storage slots; nice volume control and all the other features one would expect on a phone of this type. If I had to really dig for a criticism, I would say the hand receiver is a little light. No problem giving this phone a 5-star, especially for the cost/value.

I mostly work from home and needed something for my conf calls that some of them take long and Bluetooth headphones and cell phones dont cut it so I had to get a desk phone with wired headset that goes with it. I needed at least "redial", "speaker", "mute", "volume" and some kind of LCD display and this has them all. very happy with the product and price was not that expensive so does my needs more than enough.

I bought this phone for my father who is considered legally blind. He still can’t really see the numbers so I colored in a speed dial button to my moms mobile so he can see it better and he’s actually been able to call her while she’s away from him and that give us a peace of mind that he can use this phone in case of an emergency.
