This solar bulb can be taken to outdoor activity as an independent movable lighting system. You can charge it by sunlight and when it is rainy, you can charge it by AC circuit. Having the bulb connected to AC circuit and the switch pushed to side "DC", the bulb, as an emergency lamp, will keep working once the circuit is broken.

ORDINARY BULB: Connect the lamp to AC circuit, have the switch pushed to side "AC" and the lamp can be used as an ordinary bulb.
EMERGENCY MODE: Connect the lamp to AC circuit, have the switch pushed to side "DC" and the lamp will keep working when the AC circuit is broken.
MEMORY FUNCTION: In emergency mode, the lamp will keep the lighting state as the AC circuit wasn't broken, no need to dimming again.
