Questions & Answers
I have a Sony NEX6 and it charged mine on clear day. Ideally, though you should use a powerbank to charge the camera and the panel to charge the powerbank. Powerbanks manage variable power input much better than cameras.

Have not exposed to rain, yet. I believe it will withstand drizzle if the outlet is covered with tape. If dropped in a stream dry the USB with a cotton swab and alcohol. Hopefully you know this should charge a battery back up not direct to a phone or GPS. Both of those should be in waterproof bags. Good Luck!

Read the other comments and I decided to give it a try. So far, the first day is so good. At first I put the phone (Moto X) in the sun, and in the shadow of the device, it was well loaded until the phone overheated and stopped charging. When I moved my phone to true shadow and left the Lixada panel in California's midday sun, the phone increased from 50% to 100% in just over an hour. This is replacing a larger 10W panel, which is dead before it breaks. It works almost the same way, so I am satisfied with the speed of this device. It's small and compact and seems to be doing very well. Interested in learning about his long-distance travel on a small sailing boat next week.

This is exactly what I am looking for: the solar charger is enough to charge the auxiliary/telephone battery, waterproof, compact, without a battery pack. I agree with other users about the amount of energy it produces, but it is enough to charge the 5000mAh battery, which is what I want. In terms of size, it's not a "paper" size, it's A5 size, or in the US, half a sheet: 8.5x5.5 "It's better than I expected, rounded corners and no sharp edges. Long edges make it easy Hanging... In a nutshell, a very simple unit that avoids all the pitfalls of over-thinking seems to be the bane of all other solar chargers, which means it comes with a slight 2.8 oz.: Only necessities.

The small font shows a 7 watt USB output, which seems to be correct. I found this panel to charge the 10,000 mAhr battery very well and then use it to charge other devices. This is the lightest panel I have found for backpackers and canoes camping. The top of the panel is waterproof, but not a USB connector, so if you are careful, it will work with light rain. I hope they do it bigger.

Half page A4 (A5), efficient 22-23%, moderate quality, moderate flexibility, light weight (66 grams), simple design, no brand. I drilled an extra hole in two corners and placed it on top of the 70 litre package with a paracord. Even in cloudy weather, it will be recharged on my vintage Nokia 108, even in the "collapsible" backpacks sold. I estimate that it takes 8 to 16 days to charge my 20,000 horsepower battery when it is sunny and cloudy in the south of England. Highly recommended: D

I bought this item as a light-weight portable charger for hiking. It only weighs 88 grams and is the lightest I could find. I paired it with and Anker Astro E1 6700mah battery bank @123 grams. The solar charger works well with the Anker in full sun, but will stall and stop charging if there is any shade, thin cloud cover or if a cloud, tree, person, etc. momentarily blocks the sun. As others have said it WILL NOT charge an iPhone as the iPhone firmware will recognize it as an incompatible device and shut it down. Additionally, the charger does not put out 10 watts as advertised, it is maybe half that under optimal conditions. After reading all the reviews on many similar items, it seems the solar industry routinely misstates the capabilities of solar chargers. All things considered, for under $18 you can't go wrong.
