A No converter is required, just plug it in and use it. Voltage: AC100V-240V.
There is some just like most common blacklights. A sort of dim purple. I would seriously recommend getting a pair of uv blocking glasses if you’re planning on not having it enclosed. 365 is getting into the nasty side of the spectrum. That being said I recommend this bulb.

It does a pretty good job on making my Ghost of General Lee Model Kit glow in the dark but I'm going to have to get a other one because it only covers one half of the Model I need 2 of this UV light to cover both sides of the Model to really have it fully glow in the dark but other than that I'm happy with the UV light it works good it does heat up a little but that's OK UV lights do a far better job of making glow in the dark items and Neon colors glow in the dark.
