The product works most of the time. The installation instructions are in Chinese, so I used Google Translate and it worked fine. It took me 4 times longer to try to tighten the device behind the wheel, which led me to complete all the stereo wiring and reinstallation. There are four nuts and small screws to mount the device. The nut is installed in the hexagonal hole in the back of the device and the screw passes through the front. It is difficult to hold the nut in place by placing the screws from the other side. I ended up putting the nuts in the holes with thin paper and then tightening the screws. When the screw went through the nut, he took the handkerchief out of the hole. During the past week, the buttons have been active most of the time. Sometimes they just don't respond. It is important to note that the button must be reassigned each time the car battery is disconnected, or the device will not work. For me, this is a very convenient device because now I can use the BT controls at my fingertips.

Bought these as I loved the way it wrapped along the steering wheel. Any other design I found was too small or clumsy looking. These fit my standard Nissan steering wheel perfectly. Hookup to my Eonon Android radio was super easy, as wires are exactly marked as the control box has them, and ran the antenna wire down along the console to get as close to the steering wheel as I could. Setup was super easy with the android radio and picked up all buttons. Only concern was that a few times some of the buttons stopped responding. I found that it seems the controller box was sending info but the radio though it was just an unregistered button as I had to go back in and set these buttons again. Only after a few times, did this happen and all seems good now. Ultimately in my android radio I actually have 16 buttons setup, even though only 10 are used as the controller "changed it's mind" I guess on what buttons were what. Still, minor deal and all running great now!
