This device is so mini and cute, i love its design, but I had a few issues with the device I received, after mailing to CY Web, he replied me fast, he was able to meet and exceed any of my expectations towards a product that I had ever bought,especially for APN setup, my sim card carrier is AT&T, support 4G/LTE service! Now everything works fine that two weeks has passed! it is worthy of its price! I don't need to feel afraid if my dog gets lost,I can easily find her with this tracker.

So far this app and device did exactly what was promised. We left the door open, dog escaped and ran off. The app instantly showed us where she was, saving precious time in knowing where to look. We caught up to her quickly and now she is at home safe and sound. Love this device and the app!

Love This Product !!! Never have to worry about where my dog is ever again. She loves to run around outside and sometimes goes a little outside her comfort zone and gets lost. Normally we always have to go looking for her and bring her back home. But with this pet tracker we an always knows where she is at and also set perimeter where it alerts us if she goes outside them. Real time gps tracking always to see real time gps location. Simple to set up and easy to download the app within the apt store. The app is free to use but the gps tracking does require the use of a sim card which is not provided. Overall happy with my purchase and will recommend this to other pet owners.
