It should. It fit our 2007 TL. Beware though that I could not get it to screw in the o2 sensor bung as the threads were fouled. Luckily I had the appropriate, I believe 18mm x 1.5 pitch die. Was able to clean up the threads and it worked as intend. Passed emission test.

installing this adapter isn't hard. The only problem is trying to start screwing it in without cross threading it. You really have to be careful probably because the threads are not tapered. the other issue is the socket size required for this adapter is different than the socket for the O2 sensor. After the installation I didn't get anymore p0420 codes (weak catalytic converter) it changed to a P0136 (oxygen sensor voltage low) .I decided to remove the extender and add a resistor and capacitor to the O2 sensor which is now working very well no check engine codes

Kept getting a generic 02 sensor code. Put this inline, after restting the code, it never came back and passed inspection. Be extremely careful when threading into the exhaust. Make sure it is lined up before tightening. It will cross thread. I read a few reviews, people stated the threads didnt line up. Don't try to install when it's hot, it will cause you to make mistakes.
